Grilled Curry Chicken with Garlic Broccoli

Threw this together last minute tonight…

2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/4 tsp. anise seeds
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. sour cream

Mix all ingedients to make marinade.

Split or flatter one chicken breast.  Add to marinade mixture and marinate at least twenty minutes.  Preheat a grill.  Grill the chicken 3-4 minutes per side until done.

I also made this, but without soy sauce or red pepper flakes.  Basically, I combined about 2 cups broccoli with 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 cup cold water, salt, pepper, and 1/2 a clove of garlic (minced).  I boiled/steamed the broccoli until the water was absorbed and then turned the heat off with the pot covered until five minutes was up.

I served both with steamed rice.
