Pepperoni and Kalamata Olive Pizza

I used Bob’s Red Mill gluten-free pizza crust mix.  The crust turned out perfect.  I mixed strained tomatoes with garlic powder, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper as a sauce.  I topped it with fresh grated mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, pepperoni, and kalamata olives.

Roasted Beet Salad with Orange Dressing

This was very good.  I used mixed salad greens (not arugula) and added shaved parmesan and thinly sliced green onions.
