Baby Back Ribs

Mmmmm… these were so good.  I think it had a lot to do with the BBQ sauce I used (Tyler Florence West Coast Smoky BBQ Sauce).

I bought Trader Joe’s baby back pork ribs (2 lb.).  Preheat oven to 300°.  Place a layer of foil in a baking pan.  Cut rib rack in half and place bone side down on foil.  Season with salt and pepper.  Add 1/3-1/2 cup of water to pan.  Tent with foil and seal all four edges.

Bake for 2 hours.  Check internal temperature (should be 160° when done).

Remove from oven.  Baste liberally with BBQ sauce.  Grill bone-side down over medium heat 12-15 minutes, basting frequently.  Remove from grill, slice between bones and serve.
