Tempura

I used gluten-free all-purpose flour in equal amounts.  This turned out GREAT!  The best things were onion rings, zucchini, broccoli, carrots, and shrimp.  Potatoes and sweet potatoes were a bit bland.  Eggplant turned out soggy.

Serve with store-bought Ponzu sauce.
