Peanut Sauce (2)

This is an easy no-cook peanut sauce.  I left out the red pepper flakes.  Half of the recipe made plenty for four people.

This is a quick no-cook peanut sauce that’s decent.  I used chili-garlic sauce in place of sriracha and it was fine.

Crispy Ginger and Garlic Asian Turkey Lettuce Wraps

I adapted this for rice balls and lettuce wraps.  Mixed 1 lb. ground turkey with three cloves minced garlic, about 2 tsp. minced ginger, salt and pepper.  Sautéed turkey mixture in a hot pan.  Then added soy sauce and 2-3 tsp. sesame oil.
