Tasty!  I cooked the steak for 5 minutes on the first side and 6 on the second but it was too long for medium-well.

This was the best recipe yet (third time is a charm!).  I didn’t have hoisin sauce so I used about 2 tbsp of oyster sauce instead.  It needed pepper at the end but not salt.  I also added chopped water chestnuts with the peanuts.

These are really tasty, especially cold.  I added sesame seeds at the end.  The one downside is that there is so much oil used.
